Cancellation Policy 27th Annual National VPPPA Conference

What is the cancellation policy? Cancellations for the 27th Annual National VPPPA Conference must be received in writing by July 18, 2011, and a $50 processing fee will be charged per registrant. Cancellations may be processed post-conference within 30 business days. Substitutions are encouraged. Cancellations will not be accepted after July 18, 2011.

For cancellations as a result of airport shutdowns or flight cancellations due to Hurricane Irene, please contact VPPPA's Senior Director of Conference & Education Sara Taylor at staylor@vpppa.org with a brief explanation of your circumstances, by Friday, October 21, 2011.

Registration

What does the basic conference fee include?
The registration fee includes admittance to all conference functions, including educational workshops, the exhibit hall, breakfast, luncheons and receptions.

CEUs

Can I earn CEUs? Accredited points for continuing education units (COCs and CMs) will be offered to conference attendees for Certified Safety Professionals (CSP) and Certified Industrial Hygienists (CIH) who are certified by the American Board of Industrial Hygiene.

Where can I stay?
The official conference hotels are Anaheim Marriot and the Hilton Anaheim. More information will be available over the next few months.

Where can I find photos from the conference?
View and purchase your own photographic prints, enlargements and digital images on CD-ROM from the 27th Annual National VPPPA Conference at www.choicephoto.net.

Can I purchase a copy of the video recorded portions of the conference?
VPPPA does not have permission to distribute recordings of the 27th Annual National VPPPA Conference.

For a list of presentations, please visit the Presentation Sharing page. Please note that this web page is only accessible to VPPPA member sites and you must login as a member to view the submitted presentations. Also, the VPPPA only has access to presentations that were submitted by the presenters.
