Cancellation Policy 27th Annual National VPPPA ConferenceWhat is the cancellation policy? Cancellations for the 27th Annual National VPPPA Conference must be received in writing by July 18, 2011, and a $50 processing fee will be charged per registrant. Cancellations may be processed post-conference within 30 business days. Substitutions are encouraged. Cancellations will not be accepted after July 18, 2011. For cancellations as a result of airport shutdowns or flight cancellations due to Hurricane Irene, please contact VPPPA's Senior Director of Conference & Education Sara Taylor at staylor@vpppa.org with a brief explanation of your circumstances, by Friday, October 21, 2011. RegistrationHow do I register? Pre-registration for the 28th Annual National VPPPA Conference will open in January 2012.What does the basic conference fee include? CEUsCan I earn CEUs? Accredited points for continuing education units (COCs and CMs) will be offered to conference attendees for Certified Safety Professionals (CSP) and Certified Industrial Hygienists (CIH) who are certified by the American Board of Industrial Hygiene.
