2012 Nominating Committee:To promote membership activity in VPPPA Board elections, encourage voter turnout, candidate participation, and facilitate the election process. The committee will accomplish these tasks by educating members about the election process. The committee will communicate the functions and responsibilities the open positions may encompass on the national VPPPA board of directors to ensure qualified candidates are identified. The committee will also coordinate and conduct the election process in accordance with the national VPPPA bylaws.

Labor and Management Committee:To coordinate and communicate the benefits for Labor (Union and Non-Union), Management and their represented workforce in venturing into VPP and why it's important to stay in the VPP process. When requested, the committee will identify and reconcile issues that could result in Labor and Management disputes. Intending to be pro-active rather than reactive, the committee will endeavor to resolve misunderstandings or disagreements between labor and management before the situation becomes a road block to the VPP process.
