Affiliate Member Guidelines for Using the VPPPA Logo
VPPPA Affiliate members in good standing may use the VPPPA logo in accordance with the following guidelines:
- The VPPPA logo should not, without prior written approval, be modified. If you intend to reproduce the logos in a manner inconsistent with its exact representation, you must submit a proposed design to VPPPA for explicit approval. Approval of any such modification is at the sole discretion of VPPPA.
- The VPPPA logo must be used exactly as it appears and cannot be changed or altered, other than to be enlarged or reduced in overall size.
- There are no color restrictions as long as the VPPPA logo remains easily identifiable.
- Upon request, VPPPA may inspect with reasonable notice, the products on which the VPPPA logos are used.
- Affiliate members may use the VPPPA logos on any business stationary or Web sites. They may also use the logo for reproduction on various products including hard hats, t-shirts and mugs.
- Should you use the logo in a manner that VPPPA, in its sole discretion, deems inappropriate or demeaning to the logo or VPPPA, the association shall have the right to revoke your ability to use the VPPPA logo, without prior notice to you.
- VPPPA also reserves the right to terminate usage of the logo in the event that they receive two (2) written complaints from one or more VPPPA members regarding your products or services. VPPPA will notify you of any written VPPPA member complaints that would form the basis of such a termination within thirty (30) days of receipt. VPPPA retains sole discretion to determine whether to reveal the names of VPPPA members filing complaints.
