Manager Program Engineering - Product Stewardship

As the leader of the product stewardship program for Honeywell Aerospace you will be a key figure in the dynamic and diverse Health, Safety, Environmental and Facilities (HSEF) function. This role has global responsibilities and high visibility to both HSEF and engineering senior leadership. You will oversee a significant budget which funds work in the areas of impact assessments for emerging regulations, new product introduction, and material obsolescence projects; REACH and conflict minerals compliance, communications with suppliers and customers, and chemical management platforms. You will lead the cross-functional product stewardship council, be the primary decision maker for the program budget and project prioritization, and drive overall program performance.

You will be accountable for developing and deploying the optimal strategy to ensure our products meet regulatory and customer requirements and the processes followed by the engineering the IT support teams are efficient and sustainable. You will interact with trade organizations and industry groups to identify regulatory trends and policy which could affect Honeywell and share knowledge and best practices. You will lead, maintain, and continually improve the program’s management operating system. 


You Must Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident due to export control laws
  • 5+ years of health, safety, environmental or engineering experience
