Conference Policies & Procedures
Registration Hours
Day 1: Monday — October 19, 2026, 7:00am – 4:00pm
Day 2: Tuesday — October 20, 2026, 7:00am – 4:00pm
Day 3: Wednesday — October 21, 2026, 7:00am – 11:00am
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellations are allowed for full refund before July 30, 2026. Any cancellation requests made between July 30 and August 30, 2026 will result in a refund deducted of a $50 cancellation fee. Requests made after August 30, 2026 will be denied and no refund will be provided. Submit cancellation requests to registration@vpppa.org.
Substitution Policy
Substitution will be allowed at no cost.
No-Shows
Refunds will not be granted for no-shows.
Electronic Recording Policy
No audio or video recording will be permitted.
Indemnification
Conference attendees and guests, to the extent permitted by law, agree to indemnify VPPPA and its officers, directors, agents, and employees, of and from all claims, demands, or suits for personal injury or property damage, including costs and attorney fees, in any way arising out of or related to third party claims based on indemnifying party’s negligent acts or omissions in connection with the Safety7 Conference & Expo.
