The Environmental Health and Safety Leader reports to the GE Flight Test Operation Site Leader. This person will provide health & safety operational support to the site to ensure first and foremost that we are keeping our team members safe. Additionally, this leader will be working closely with the business to drive implementation of programs to ensure all federal, state, and local health & safety regulatory and GE management system requirements are met. This person will work the FTO Site staff to drive a combination of strategic and tactical Environmental Health and Safety priorities. Drives initiatives to improve the effectiveness of the EHS function and interfaces with other functions to provide effective coordination of metrics, dashboards, functional processes, and cross-functional initiative coordination.
